For 8.8 10.9 hexagon bolts installation using for high strength structural bolts,its torque accuracy request must less than 2% of test torque,using wrench precision 2%
So how to make sure wrench accuracy 2%?now need calibrator to calibrate wrench,calibrator must to be calibrated 1 year 1time.
Why Bolt Calibrator?
Bolt need to be check and acceptance after finished installation during 1h to 24h.It needs bolt calibrator to check what torque on bolt.
How to use Bolt Calibrator?
Draw a straight line at bolt and nut,loosen nut 60 degree,then use bolt calibrator to fasten untill two line overlap.read the torque figure on calibrator.
